One weak link is enough

In the autumn, most leadership teams spend a lot of time on next year's plan. Yet, by March, things often stall. Usually, one link in the chain is missing: the leadership team lacks a shared vision, no real choices have been made, or there is no rhythm for making adjustments.

You can have six links in order and still get stuck on the seventh. That is why this check does not give you an average. You will see your weakest link and what you can do about it before January.
